A quick (NDIS) change
In (year), the NDIS changed radically. DSC wanted to shift their business model from providing in-person and online training, to an online model. To do this they needed to completely overhaul their corporate website, revisit web integrations, and above all provide a compelling pitch to customers who were already feeling the pinch from policy changes to the disability sector.
I restructured the copy on key sales pages for individuals and corporations using value proposition frameworks; designed a new onboarding flow for prospects; and managed launch communications for a diverse and often frustrated customer base.
I also hired and onboarded an experienced ‘concierge’ for large enterprise users, and supported her to do her best work remotely while managing several complex disabilities.
